This lovely gate looks like a garden come to life. My trousers are trying to compete in the colour stakes.
Inside the Sagrada Familia. It is like being inside a beautiful stone and glass poem.
This is a lovely use of a shell to hold Holy Water.
Gaudi used warm colours for the stain glass windows on one side of the cathedral and cool ones on the other side.
Jesus is hanging over the altar which was closed off. A lot of the cathedral is closed off or draped with cranes and construction work. Even the constant banging and jack hammering couldn't spoil the beauty and serenity of the experience of walking around this awesome space.
The experience of walking around this building was worth the wait on line and in queues.
Outside the saints are having a pretty miserable time.
And inside everything is calm and serene.
